Welcome to your upcoming Ghost Hunting event at the Bolling Hall!
You should have received an order confirmation email at the time of placing your order. This is your proof of purchase as we do not send tickets out for our events, instead we operate a Guest List system. Please screenshot your order email or print off and have it available for check-in just in case we need to check your booking details. Please CONTACT US if your friends have booked separately so we can organise for you to be grouped together.
What time do we need to get there?
The event is advertised at starting at approx. 8.30 pm and guests are welcome to arrive from 8.15 pm – earlier arrivals will not be able to access the building due to staff set up time.
If you are worried you may be later than 8.30pm, please give us a call or text by 8.30 with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07432 580583.
The event is due to finish at approx. 2.30am
Where to park/Meet?
Parking : On-site parking is available.
Arrival : A member of the Haunted Evenings team will be outside the main entrance at the 8.15 pm arrival time to greet you and check you off our guest list.
What to wear/bring with you….
Please wear comfortable clothing. Although the event is all to be held in doors, please wrap up warm. Sensible shoes are required. All guests must bring a torch.
During the course of the evening we will be providing complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cordial. Light snacks will also be available free of charge. If you wish to bring your own pack-up you are most welcome to do so.
For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from drinking prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in either instance.
