NATIONAL EMERGENCY SERVICES MUSEUM | SHEFFIELD | Saturday 1st February 2020
Welcome to your upcoming Ghost Hunting event at the National Emergency Services Museum in Sheffield, on Saturday 1st February….
You should have received an order confirmation email (haunted evenings and/or paypal) at the time of placing your order. Either type is your proof of purchase as we do not send tickets out for our events, instead we operate a Guest List system. Please screenshot your order email(s) and have it available for check-in just in case we need to check your booking details. Please CONTACT US if your friends have booked separately so we can organise for you to be grouped together.
What time do we need to get there?
The event is advertised at starting at approx 8.30pm and we ask that guests arrive from 8.15pm. Guests arriving before 8.15 pm will not be able to access the building due to a short set-up time for the team. If you are worried you may be later than 8.30pm, please call us by the start time with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07432 580583. The event is due to finish by 2.00 am.
Where to park/Meet?
The museum does not have its own car park but there is on-street parking around the museum. Alternatively there is the 24hr “Bank Park Steelhouse Lane” Pay & Display Car Park within walking distance to the museum (Postcode S3 8PP).
A member of the Haunted Evenings team will be waiting to greet you at the main doors and to check you off the guest list.
What to wear/bring with you….
Although the event will all be held indoors, some areas may still feel cold so please bring some extra warm clothing. Sensible shoes are required. All guests must bring a torch for health and safety reasons.
Complimentary Drinks & Snacks…..
During the course of the evening we will be providing complimentary tea and coffee, along with light snacks during scheduled break times.
For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from excessive drinking of alcohol prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or pose a heightened risk of injury or disruption due to anti-social behaviour. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in any instance.
