Ghost Hunt Strelley Hall Nottingham | Nottinghamshire

Strelley Hall Ghost Hunt Nottinghamshire

Fancy the idea of spending the night in a haunted hall stacked with history and reported hauntings?! With parts of Strelley Hall dating back to 1200AD when it started life as a castle, this secluded location in Nottinghamshire lends itself nicely for an overnight ghost hunting experience. Spend time in the dark and atmospheric “Castle Room”, part of the medieval castle, to see who you can make contact with using traditional methods such as a Ouija boards before embarking on an investigation of the cellar basement and “dungeon room” using trigger objects. The team will also be encouraging you to go it alone in some of the ground floor Georgian rooms with an abundance of paranormal equipment at your disposal.

Paranormal Activity at Strelley

Several investigations here have detected paranormal activity of varying degrees throughout Strelley Hall, with most reporting the early parts of the building, mainly the Castle Room and Dungeon area, being most active. The atmosphere certainly shifts as you head down towards the basement where most people feel uneasy down the passage way towards the dungeon which is clearly not a nice space to be in.

Haunted Evenings will be hosting a night full of experiments and vigils to increase the chances of paranormal activity. Guests are encouraged to take part in experiments using all the latest equipment supplied by the team as well as get involved with traditional experiments such as Ouija boards, Human Pendulums, Dowsing Rods and table tipping. Please check out our equipment section for a list of the many gadgets we welcome you to use on our events.
