Leicester Towers Ghost Hunt
Saturday 29th October 2016
Welcome to your upcoming Halloween event at the Leicester Towers Hospital on Saturday 29th October!
You should have received an order confirmation email at the time of placing your order. This is your proof of purchase as we do not send tickets out for our events, instead we operate a Guest List system. Please screenshot your order email or print off and have it available for check-in just in case we need to check your booking details. If you have booked a deposit and then a remaining balance, please bring both booking confirmations with you. This is a pre-booked event only with a no cash on the door entry option. Please CONTACT US if your friends have booked separately so we can organise for you to be grouped together.
What time do we need to get there?
The event is advertised at starting at approx 9 pm and guests are welcome to arrive from 8.30pm – earlier arrivals will not be able to access the complex due to the locations security. Gates close at 9pm.
If you are worried you may be later than 9pm, please call us between 8.30-9.00pm with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07971 789847.
Where to park/Meet?
The location is not accessible by car and is completely surrounded by new residential properties and as such there is no official car park. We very kindly ask that guests find a sensible and suitable place to park in the surrounding area around Gipsy Lane, making sure not to cause any obstructions or inconveniences to the local residence. Please see google map for the address if travelling by car. Please park up around the address provided below.
Once parked up, on foot, please head towards the Golf Course end of Gipsy Lane near to Foxton Grange Care Home (See Google Map “FOXTON GRANGE”). A member of the team will be clearly visible on Gipsy Lane at the corner of the care home to check you off the guest list and to direct you into the location on foot. A member of the team will be present from 8.30pm onwards. Earlier arrivals will not be able to access the location so we advise you stay with your vehicles until entry time. Please refrain from calling the team before 8.30pm as we have limited time to set up for the event.
What to wear/bring with you….
Please wear plenty of layers as this location can get extremely cold. Sensible shoes are required and the perimeter of the building is very muddy so please do not wear your favourite clobber! All guests must bring a torch.
Complimentary Drinks & Snacks…..
During the course of the evening we will be providing complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cordial. We will also provide complimentary snacks to keep you going throughout the night. However, please note that as there is no power on location, our hot water supply (flasks) may become limited depending on the amount of tea lovers we have on the evening!. If the thought of running out of hot water fills you with dread, we encourage you to bring a flask of hot water. You are also welcome to bring along your own pack up if you feel you may need something a little more substantial to eat.
For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from drinking prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in either instance.
We look forward to seeing you there!
