What time do we need to get there?

old_clockThe event is advertised at starting at approx 9 pm and we kindly ask all guests to arrive from 8.30 pm. Earlier arrivals will not be able to access the main car park until 8.30pm, this is to allow staff sufficient time to set up for your event.
If you are worried you may be later than 9.00pm, please call or TEXT us before 9.00pm with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07432 580583. Please note after 9.00 pm, due to a lack of mobile reception, we may not be able to receive calls immediately so please notify us with plenty of notice.

The event is due to finish at approx. 3.00am

Where to park/Meet?

The location isn’t the easiest to find so please allow a little extra time for travel. The address and google map for the tunnel entrance is below.  Free parking is available on site. Team members will unlock the gates and be visible from the road side from 8.30pm.

If you do find yourself lost, please head to the LOCK INN pub car park on the B4189 (Wolverley Road, DY10 3RN) and follow these directions: Turn right out of the pub car park and immediate right. Follow this road around until you come to a single set of single track traffic lights. Immediately after these lights turn left, follow the road for approximately 1.5 – 2 miles and the large metal gates for the tunnels (set-back from the road in a clearing) will be on your right (a Haunted Evenings sign or team member will be visible up until 9pm).

What to wear/bring with you….

There is no heating down in the tunnels so please wear plenty of layers as this location gets extremely cold and damp. Sensible shoes are required and areas can be a little muddy so please do not wear your favourite clobber! All guests must bring a torch.

Complimentary Drinks & Snacks…..

During the course of the early evening we will be providing complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cordial. We will also provide complimentary snacks to keep you going throughout the night. However, please note that as there is no power on location, our hot water supply (flasks) may likely become limited. If the thought of running out of hot water fills you with dread, we encourage you to bring a flask of hot water. You are also welcome to bring along your own pack up if you feel you may need something a little more substantial to eat.

For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from drinking prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in either instance.

(DY11 5SW guide only). We look forward to seeing you there!
