With daily news being monitored regarding the Coronavirus, we have put together this notice which we hope will cover any immediate concerns or queries you may have regarding upcoming events.
Understandably events could be postponed at short notice due to the daily changes announced from the Government and the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. We also need to liaise with individual venues prior to announcing any decisions to reschedule any upcoming events. We will however endeavour to provide as much notice as possible.
All remaining March and April events have been rescheduled. Our May events have yet to be officially postponed, these will be reviewed at the end of the current 3 week lockdown period (mid-April). If you owe a balance for an event in May please do not worry about paying your balance. We have disabled any further sales in May as a precaution but should they go ahead, we will ask for any outstanding balances 7 days before.
We will contact customers directly via email should we need to notify you of a postponed event. Any customers affected by an event that needs to be postponed due to the COVID-19 situation will be offered a rescheduled date or alternative venue. Please do not contact us if your event is more than 7 days away. This is to ensure we can manage the situation week by week.
