You should have received an order confirmation email at the time of placing your order. This is your proof of purchase as we do not send tickets out for our events, instead we operate a Guest List system. Please screenshot your order email or print off and have it available for check-in just in case we need to check your booking details. If you have booked a deposit and then a remaining balance, please bring both booking confirmations with you. Please CONTACT US if your friends have booked separately so we can organise for you to be grouped together.
What time do we need to get there?
The event is advertised at starting at approx. 8.00 pm and guests are welcome to arrive from 7.45pm. Guests arriving before 7.45pm are asked to kindly wait outside to allow the team sufficient time to set-up for your event.
If you are worried you may be later than 8pm, please call us between 7.30pm – 8pm with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07432 580583.
The event is due to finish at 2am
Where to park/Meet?
There are no on-site parking facilities. There is a nearby multi-storey carpark on Black Lion Street (BN1 1JS) which is 24 hours (pay on exit) and approximately a 3 minute walk from the Museum. The address for the Brighton Police Cells Museum is at the bottom of this page. A member of the Haunted Evenings team will be waiting to greet you and to check you off the guest list.
What to wear/bring with you….
The event will be held indoors but may still get cold so please wear layers. Sensible shoes are required. All guests must bring a torch.
Complimentary Drinks & Snacks…..
During the course of the evening we will be providing complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cordial, along with a light snacks. For those who think they may need something a little more substantial, you are welcome to bring your own pack up to keep fuelled throughout the night!
For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from drinking prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in either instance.
