Belgrave Hall Ghost Hunt Welcome Information

Welcome to your upcoming Ghost Hunting event at Belgrave Hall on Saturday 21st April ….
You should have received an order confirmation email (Haunted Evenings/HauntedRooms and/or Paypal) at the time of placing your order. This is your proof of purchase as we do not send tickets out for our events, instead we operate a Guest List system. Please screenshot your order email or print off and have it available for check-in just in case we need to check your booking details. If you have booked a deposit and then a remaining balance, please bring both booking confirmations with you. Please CONTACT US if your friends have booked separately so we can organise for you to be grouped together.

What time do we need to get there?

old_clockThe event is advertised at starting at approx. 9.00pm and we ask that guests arrive from 8.45 pm. Earlier arrivals will be kindly asked to wait outside due to required staff set-up time for your event.
If you are worried you may be later than 9.00pm, please call or text beforehand with an ETA. You can contact us directly on 07432 580583. The event is advertised as finishing at 2am.

Where to park/Meet?

There are no official car parking facilities at Belgrave Hall, however on-street parking is available opposite and on neighbouring streets.

A member of the team will be outside Belgrave Hall at 8.45pm to greet you and to check you off the guest list. The address for the location is at the bottom of this page

What to wear/bring with you….

All of the event will be held indoors and is not known for being adversely cold, however, please dress comfortably and wear some extra layers just incase temperatures dip into the early hours. Sensible shoes are required.  All guests must bring a torch for health and safety.

Complimentary Drinks & Snacks…..

During the course of the evening we will be providing complimentary tea, coffee and cordial, along with light snacks. For those who think they may need something a little more substantial, you are welcome to bring your own pack up and there is an on-site coffee shop selling cakes etc.

For the enjoyment of all guests and for your own safety, please refrain from drinking alcohol prior to the event. We reserve the right to remove any guests who we believe are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any guests found to be consuming alcohol or drugs on the premises will be asked to leave immediately without exception. No refunds will be provided in either instance.
