Q Do we have to pay the full amount when we book one of your events?
A No a £20 non refundable deposit if required per person at the time of the booking. Balances are only required to be paid in full if the event is within 28 days of the starting date.
Q Can you guarantee paranormal activity/ evidence?
A No but with our dedicated team and latest kit on hand we will always have a fair chance of catching spirit audio throughout the night. Any audio we consider to be as above average and clear will be uploaded to our website once its been analyzed by our experienced team.
Q What do we get included in our nights experience?
A This is listed on our booking event page , please check what is included at the time of booking as we have many different types of events including pubs with meals, haunted breaks with accommodation, but our main ghost hunt events usually are just a night in a haunted location with light refreshments throughout the night.
Q Will I see a ghost/ spirit?
A Some people may have personal experiences but this cannot be guaranteed, please be aware though on a haunted evenings night nothing is faked so anything you see or hear will be genuine. We always do our best to rule out possible reasons before we can put it down to a paranormal experience.
Q We would like to book a commercial evening how do we do this?
A Please fill out our corporate event form and let us do the rest. We will try to find you a perfect location for a great evening, if you have a location in mind please let us know and we will do our up most to secure you a paranormal evening there if its possible.
Q We would like to have a Hen or stag night is this possible?
A Yes please fill out or dedicated form for this so we can find you a suitable location for your perfect night
Q Do we have to bring anything with us on one of your nights?
A Yes please bring warm clothing a torch and digital cameras are a good idea to help us find evidence. We will have some equipment on the night with us to help us try and collect as much evidence as possible during the night. Please see our website to see some of the latest kit we use on our nights out.
